To understand is to experience harmony between what we aim at and what is given, between the intention and the performance - and the body is our anchorage in the world.
– Maurice Merleau-Ponty
About Me
I am Marina, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience. My journey began with a deep curiosity about life and a desire to seek answers, which led me to question, reflect, and explore through philosophy, psychology, and my own experiences. This curiosity nurtured my interest in the human psyche and was later strongly influenced by existentialism.
My journey with dance and acting started long before my work in psychology, and over time it became deeply integrated with my exploration of the human psyche and creative expression. I have also explored yoga, the Meisner technique, and the Grotowski method, discovering new ways to move, breathe, and connect with presence, creativity, and the human psyche. My wide-ranging interests across cultures and disciplines have given me a profound appreciation for the richness and complexity of human experience, and an understanding of how curiosity, creativity, and embodied practice can shape our lives.
Psychotherapy became a way for me to deepen my engagement with the mysteries of human experience—an opportunity to explore meaning, creativity, and the healing potential of genuine connection.

Therapy for Creatives
Being a creative can be incredibly fulfilling, yet it often comes with its own set of pressures. You may feel stuck, uninspired, or unsure of your next steps — and at times the expectation to perform or produce can feel overwhelming. I work with actors, dancers, writers, painters, designers, and other creatives to help you navigate these challenges, reconnect with your creative energy, and build confidence in both your work and personal life.
If you’re struggling with self-doubt, low motivation, or creative blocks, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to understand what’s holding you back, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies to move forward.
With over ten years of experience supporting creative individuals, I understand the unique sensitivities and pressures of working in creative fields. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen your identity as a creative, and develop a healthy, sustainable relationship with your work.
